Online therapy improves sleep across Thames Valley
An online sleep improvement programme involving more than 7,000 people across the Thames Valley demonstrated wide ranging improvements on participant’s health and wellbeing. The study found they slept longer, spent less on sleeping pills, had fewer sick days and better mental health.
The programme was co-ordinated by Oxford Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) and in partnership with Big Health, Buckinghamshire CCG, Berkshire West CCG, Oxfordshire CCG and Milton Keynes CCG.
